More hilarious unintentional fundie irony

A 10-year-old boy who earlier made news for his support of gay rights has been invited to serve as Grand Marshall in a Pride parade -- and the despicable American Family Association is calling it "child abuse". That's fairly predictable though. The funny part is their description of what makes it child abuse:

"It's shameful that adults would abuse a brain-washed child in this way," AFA president Tim Wildmon writes in a press release. "He's obviously just parroting the nonsense he's been told by manipulative adults..."

Wait a minute... "parroting the nonsense he's been told by manipulative adults?" Isn't that the entire point of Sunday School?

I thought they were going to say something about exposure to sexual perversion. But they're focusing on the brainwashing? Seriously?!?

If this type of "brainwashing" is child abuse, then the AFA is also forced to agree with Richard Dawkins when he says that raising a child to believe in religion is child abuse. It's the same fucking thing.
